The Radar Front-End Engineering department designs and develops state-of-the-art antennas for our radars including transmitters, receivers, signal generators, digital signal processing, timing & control and other digital and analog building blocks. In addition, we explore new technologies and innovations for these domains as well as for the architecture of radar front-ends as a whole. The RFE team is responsible for the full spectrum of activities, from development to product realization, including integration, verification, validation and qualification.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated people manager to lead one of our RFE Engineering teams. You lead a team of engineering professionals in a motivating and inspiring way. With your experience and knowledge, you are able to work closely with your team to secure our objectives, in a predictable way.

About you

  • Do you already have experience as a people manager and are you looking for a next step? Or are you cut out for this and are you prepared to develop yourself in this profession?

  • You have at least a completed bachelor education and you have demonstrable experience in the development of electronics in such a way that you support the team in work and personal development, coach and inspire achieving goals;

  • You are a team player with strong dedication to achieve common team goals. You have a clear sense of how to leverage your personality and experience to bring out the best in others and yourself;

  • You have good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail at different levels;

  • You have a “can-do” and “why-not-this” mentality: entrepreneurial, flexible and open mindset;

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English;

  • You have the Dutch nationality.
