Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Teamleader Supply Chain to join our team. This role involves managing part disposition, inventory data quality, and transportation planning to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations and compliance with regulatory standards.
Your responsibilities:

  • Lead part disposition and customer interactions to ensure timely delivery and compliance with stock ranges.
  • Manage inventory data quality in Supplier Management and related areas.
  • Oversee transport planning, customs, and freight control to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation.
  • Ensure timely parts disposition and monitor material flow from supplier to plant.
  • Analyze and manage production-critical parts and organize urgent shipments.
  • Optimize stock range and handle change management.
  • Process material issue notes and minimize surplus material.
  • Implement process and system changes in material control.
  • Lead and train the material control team.
  • Execute material bookings and corrections in the SAP MM System.
  • Coordinate with various departments and manage complaints and compliance reports.
  • Plan and optimize transport, create transport concepts, and evaluate costs.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and manage logistics complaints.
  • Lead and train the transportation team.
  • Collaborate with external partners to resolve transportation issues.
  • Support continuous improvement in transportation processes.


Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in material control and transportation management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM System.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and logistics processes.
  • Experience with transport planning and optimization.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations and compliance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct customer interactions.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and train a team effectively.
  • Experience in managing change processes and continuous improvement initiatives.


Your preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with various physical demands, including occasional lifting and carrying of light to medium weights.
  • Capable of working in different postures and performing fine motor skills tasks.
  • Able to handle psychological stress with normal utilization and medium cognitive requirements.
