Your Contribution:

  • You motivate and inspire your team by supporting and promoting them to enable both professional and personal development.
  • You plan, monitor, and control testing projects, manage resources effectively, and prioritize tasks to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • You communicate clearly, precisely, and effectively with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to report on team progress and issues and provide constructive feedback.
  • You analyze data, identify trends and patterns in test results and product quality, and draw conclusions to continuously improve software quality.

What you bring along:

  • You have a deep understanding of software development processes and life cycles, as well as QA methodologies, testing strategies, and frameworks (preferably ISTQB certified).
  • You have experience with test automation tools and scripts (such as Eggplant, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and are familiar with defect management and test case management systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • You possess strong leadership qualities, including the ability to hire, train, and evaluate employee performance, as well as decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • You are willing to continuously educate yourself and stay up-to-date with technology and best practices, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and technologies.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
