Lead and mentor a team of Scrum Masters, providing guidance and support in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for multiple teams, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of the product backlog.
Remove impediments and address issues that may hinder team progress, ensuring that teams can focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
Monitor team performance and facilitate continuous improvement through coaching and feedback.
Ensure adherence to Scrum practices and Agile principles, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Report on team performance, sprint progress, and project status to senior management.
Stay informed about advancements in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, and incorporate best practices into team processes.
