English:

As a Team Leader (m/f/d), you will take disciplinary responsibility for a 6-person SAP development team in Germany (cross-site). Your team consists of a mix of junior and very experienced senior developers (m/f/d). Together with your team you will support implementation projects and deliver high quality support in the area of Project Services to our customers. With your open nature you bring in new ideas and enjoy presenting solutions to our customers.

• In this role, you will take on staffing and workload responsibility for your team including students, conduct staffing and hiring interviews, and develop your team's competencies.
• For our existing customers, you plan and ensure SAP development support. 
• You will contribute your expert knowledge to development-specific SAP topics through technical consulting and your own implementations. This also includes requirements analysis, concept development, quality assurance and operational support.
• In addition, you will work on various SAP project types (greenfield, brownfield, roll-outs, etc.) and develop new concepts as part of a team at our customers' sites and remotely (Nagarro Office or home office).
• You further develop development standards and internal processes with your team leader colleagues (m/f/d) and ensure its compliance.

Als Teamleiter (m/w/d) übernimmst du die disziplinarische Verantwortung für ein 6-köpfiges SAP-Entwicklungsteam in Deutschland (standortübergreifend). Dein Team besteht aus einer Mischung von Junior- und sehr erfahrenen Senior-Entwicklern (m/w/d). Gemeinsam mit deinem Team unterstützt du Implementierungsprojekte und lieferst hochwertigen Support im Bereich Project Services für unsere Kunden. Mit deiner offenen Art bringst du neue Ideen ein und präsentierst gerne Lösungen für unsere Kunden.

• In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Personal- und Arbeitslastverantwortung für dein Team, einschließlich der Studierenden. Du führst Vorstellungsgespräche für die Personalauswahl und entwickelst die Kompetenzen deines Teams weiter.
• Für unsere bestehenden Kunden planst und stellst du den SAP-Entwicklungs-Support sicher.
• Du bringst dein Fachwissen in entwicklungsrelevanten SAP-Themen durch technische Beratung und eigene Implementierungen ein. Dazu gehören auch Anforderungsanalysen, Konzeptentwicklungen, Qualitätssicherung und operativer Support.
• Darüber hinaus arbeitest du an verschiedenen SAP-Projekttypen (Greenfield, Brownfield, Roll-outs usw.) und entwickelst neue Konzepte im Team bei unseren Kunden vor Ort und remote (Nagarro-Büro oder Homeoffice).
• Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinen Teamleiterkollegen (m/w/d) Entwicklungsstandards und interne Prozesse weiter und stellst deren Einhaltung sicher.

Qualifications

English:

• Solid experience of at least 6 in SAP development with ABAP, ABAP OO, RICEFW as well as in the implementation of SAP applications based on SAP ECC Business Suite and S/4HANA.
• Initial leadership experience and/or project management experience. Experience in support, managed services and ITIL processes Ideally hands-on experience in Fiori/UI5 development, CDS views and OData services.
• Ideally knowledge of other SAP technologies such as interface and forms development. Commitment and motivation to grow the team and develop into new technologies.
• Fluent in German (C1) and fluent in English (B2). 

Deutsch:

• Fundierte Erfahrung von mindestens 6 Jahren in der SAP-Entwicklung mit ABAP, ABAP OO, RICEFW sowie in der Implementierung von SAP-Anwendungen auf Basis der SAP ECC Business Suite und S/4HANA.
• Erste Führungserfahrung und/oder Erfahrung im Projektmanagement. Erfahrung in Support, Managed Services und ITIL-Prozessen.
• Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in der Fiori/UI5-Entwicklung, mit CDS-Views und OData-Services.
• Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in weiteren SAP-Technologien, wie der Entwicklung von Schnittstellen und Formularen.
• Engagement und Motivation, das Team weiterzuentwickeln und sich in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten.
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und fließende Englischkenntnisse (B2).
