Job Responsibilities:

  • Enhance problem solving methods: including provide trainings, defining priorities and roadmaps, provide / coordinate resources and supports. Hands-on project with divisions per requests. Key methods are 6-Sigma, 8D and A3.
  • Enhance quality tools (IT solutions): provide training and answer questions on quality tools. Supporting implementation and continuous enhancements on the tools. Monitoring and optimize the usage in the divisions to support quality purposes.
  • FMEA modeling and monitoring: supervise current D-FMEA modeling work, look into the opportunities to improve the connections between D-FMEA and P-FMEA.


Responsibilities:

  • Leading the small team "Quality Methods"
  • Training on quality methods in all areas
  • Managing quality tools
  • Supporting the divisions in dedicated issues on the job floor, in the production
  • Driving the enhancement on quality methods and tools
  • Leading divisions to improve quality performance by better understanding and using quality methods and tools
  • Leading optimizations on quality processes


Must have Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanic, Mechatronic)
  • 5 years relevant experience in Quality Problem Solving
  • Knowledge/Experience in Quality Processes and Continuous Improvement
  • Comprehensive knowledge of English (speak & write)
  • Willingness to trave (globally)


Nice to have Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge/Experience in Lean methods
  • Good communication skills
  • Training / workshop facilitating experience

  • Responds to and investigates all reports of injuries, accidents, illnesses, near misses and property damage immediately.
  • Takes an active part in the division's safety program by performing regular workplace inspections, effectively investigates accidents/incidents promptly and assists in meeting or exceeding the division's safety goals.
