What you’ll do ​& Who you are

We are looking for a Team Lead Partner Operations (d/f/m) who will be responsible for Partner Operations at kleinanzeigen, which covers the areas Outsourcing, Quality Assurance and Training for our external Partners. You report to the Head of Customer Service, responsible for the private customers in the German market.

This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.

What you'll do:

• You manage a diverse team with senior profiles, taking core of their development and objective achievement

• You will work in a hybrid model, using remote and home-office facilities depending on situation

• You drive end-to-end the performance of our outsourcing partners

• You analyse and identify opportunities if performance levels are not met to close the gap to target

• You keep a close eye to the outsourcing budget, contracts and performance while teaming-up with Procurement, Operations and product teams

• You foster long-term relationships with outsourcing partners to build trust, passion, and create excellence in best practices and technique

• You initiate Quality Assurance programs to improve outsourcers’ standards and agents’ performance

• You apply industry-wide quality standards to ensure quality levels are met, agents performance improves sustainably and contractual agreements are fulfilled

• You establish a sustainable training curriculum for agents, while applying a tool-based learning approach

• You correlate quality level, training results and operational performance to budget and initiate saving opportunities 

• You utilize insights from Quality Assurance and Training to share with broader CS team and to shape product roadmaps and awareness about CS

• You use customer-facing & Partner metrics to identify (dis-)satisfaction drivers and align with relevant stakeholders to improve those for your responsibilities

Who you are:

• 7+ years of experience in relevant roles

• You have gained 5 or more years of experience in leadership and team development

• Your collaborative mindset helps you to adapt well to change and ambiguity

• Fluent in German and English

• Systematic, structured and careful way of working
