About the role:
As a team leader in our logistics center, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of processes in your area. Together with your team, you ensure that quality and quantity standards are met to satisfy our customers.
In this role, you coach, train, and motivate your team (20-50 employees) and coordinate daily tasks. You work closely with other team leaders and report to one of the Department Leads.

About your tasks:
• Coordination and supervision of daily operations.
• First point of contact for our logistics talents.
• Encouraging new ideas and creativity within your team and implementing new processes.
• Training and motivating employees while supporting the personal development of the team.
• Creating staff deployment plans for daily operations.
• Monitoring attendance, break times, and working hours.
Qualifications
About you:
• Knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Hands-on mentality.
• You are honest, have an open personality, and earn the trust of your colleagues.
• You are team-oriented and customer-focused.
• German and English language skills are required; Dutch would be an advantage.
