Your daily pitch
We're looking for a strategic playmaker to take the lead on our Group’s ESG strategy and reporting. You'll be the driving force behind sustainability, guiding our teams to execute ESG initiatives while keeping a sharp eye on industry developments, risks, and opportunities. Your playing field
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identify risks & opportunities, and steer the Group’s ESG strategy.
- Guide the Corporate Responsibility team, offering mentorship and expert advice to elevate performance.
- Support Group entities with their ESG execution, monitor progress, and flag risks to the Group Risk Committee.
- Oversee ESG reporting and communication, ensuring transparency with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide key ESG disclosures for financial reports and investor queries.
- Implement and maintain the gold-standard environmental management system - ISO 14001
- Inspire a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Which skills should you bring to the pitch
- Qualifications. Degree in Sustainability or a key ESG risk area within the industry. Bonus points for AML, Compliance, Corporate Risk Management, or Audit certifications.
- Experience. At least 6 years of ESG compliance or gaming compliance expertise. Gaming industry experience would be ideal but coming from a highly regulated industry is a must.
- Skills to Dominate the Field.

- Crystal-clear communication, written & verbal
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Languages. Full proficiency in English (essential); German would be a plus.
