The Position
You will be :

Continuously monitoring data quality and system integrations. Investigate any errors or interface failures and resolve on timely basis. Responsible to monitor and correct inbound outbound data. Correct and reprocess import export load failure and failed accounting postings

Analyze and process minor and major incidents. Proposed recommendations for corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Analyze and document process and system change request received. Monitor and coordinate testing and update the relevant documentation

Manage overall user administration in Concur. Building and maintaining all documentation related to our business systems and processes to ensure it is up to date

Ensure all activities carried out are in compliance to Company policies and procedures, and are of high ethical standards

Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Who you are:

Strong understanding of Travel & Expense technology (e.g Concur) and reporting tool

Strong excel, analytical and problem solving skills. Good understanding and knowledge in ERP system and Ms Office tools. SAP is an added advantage

Possess good attention to detail; excellent analytical and reconciliation skill. Collaborative and team oriented ; ability to work with cross functional team with different cultures

Demonstrated good communication skills with a focus on customer service

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Minimum 3 years working experiences in the related field, preferably in Accounting or IT
