T&E Analyst - Accountant

The T&E Analyst will be responsible for managing and overseeing employee travel and expense processes, ensuring compliance with Aptiv's corporate policies. This role involves reviewing expense reports, auditing transactions, managing reimbursements, and collaborating with different teams to ensure an efficient travel and expense administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and audit travel expense reports to ensure compliance with Aptiv's internal policies.
• Verify that expenses comply with applicable corporate and tax regulations.
• Provide support to employees on expense reimbursement systems and T&E policies.
• Coordinate with travel providers and corporate credit card issuers to manage payments and disputes.
• Generate reports and expense analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Implement improvements in T&E management processes to optimize time and reduce errors.
• Train employees on reimbursement tools and expense policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the required documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in travel expense management, accounting, or accounts payable.
• Knowledge of expense management systems such as Concur, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced English level (essential for communication with global teams).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and compliance with regulations.
