T&E Analyst - Accountant

The T&E Analyst will be responsible for managing and overseeing employee travel and expense processes, ensuring compliance with Aptiv's corporate policies. This role involves reviewing expense reports, auditing transactions, managing reimbursements, and collaborating with different teams to ensure an efficient travel and expense administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Month-end close, which includes the correct and accurate calculation, preparation, and posting of all the regular and reversal JVs corresponding to the extracted for payment and open/unsubmitted transactions, as well as to the reclassifications for the period.
• Travel and expense reconciliations, making appropriate and timely follow-up on open items.
• Payment of Corporate Travel Cards.
• Performance of Travel & Expenses deductions and reimbursements.
• Proper follow up on past due pending/unsubmitted transactions during the month to have these transactions extracted for payment.
• Proper follow up on personal amount balances.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in travel expense management, accounting, or accounts payable.
• Knowledge of expense management systems such as SAP Concur, or similar platforms. (Preferable)
• Advanced English level (essential for communication with global teams).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and compliance with regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication Skills.
