Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in public accounting (entity taxation) and a strong desire to focus on Non-profit clientele (Non-profit tax experience is desired but not required).
• BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed CPA, or in the process of obtaining CPA license OR EA certified
• Experience with tax research and the ability to conduct tax research projects for a variety of clients in diverse industries.
• The ability to balance multiple complex projects and deliver in a timely manner.
• Strong accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries.
• Work collaboratively with your team daily to deliver high quality tax services to the client.
• Have the opportunity to develop and motivate tax associates by conducting peer reviews and providing them with coaching, leadership and career guidance.
