As the Tax Manager, you will be at the forefront of Roche Companies' tax compliance, tax planning, and accounting for all applicable taxes. Reporting directly to Group Tax at our headquarters, you will collaborate closely with our businesses, local finance colleagues, our accounting shared services center, and other tax professionals.
Your role:

You will supervise external tax consultants

You will manage Local Tax Operations (Returns, Payments)

You will maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process

You will manage Transfer Pricing according to Group Policy

Who you are:
We are seeking a skilled tax and finance professional with at least 5 years of experience in a multinational company or from an accounting and tax services advisory firm. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Local Taxes, particularly corporate taxes and VAT, and hold a professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Tax. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Google, as well as fluency in French and English, is essential. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with a problem-solving mindset, are crucial. The candidate should effectively prioritize tasks, work independently, and communicate tax initiatives to stakeholders. Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in pharma or diagnostics, is a plus.
