Job Description
Mission:
- Ensure all reports under of responsibility of certified accountant in a new consign company:
- Ensure statutory accounting and tax obligations matters, namely:
- Statutory accounting & reporting compliance,
- Monthly and annual tax compliance
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the certified accountant services in a new consign company
- Set up the necessary administrative and accounting procedures that will be performed as a monthly routine and/or on an annual basis.
- Prepare the applicable forms in order to comply with reporting obligations for tax purposes, such as the Beginning of Activity, Value Added ax (VAT) - - Corporate Income Tax (CIT), SAFT, notably due to the nomination as Certified Accountant of this new consign company.
- Analyze the legal documents and other contracts related to consign activity.
