You will be responsible for:

Leading a team of talent acquisition professionals in delivering sourcing strategies and capability across multiple talent segments

Partnering with business leaders and peers to explore solutions and deliver sourcing outcomes

Evolving our sourcing capability now and for the future by anticipating and addressing future skilling needs, proactively planning and delivering at scale

Establishing and maintaining networking connections with recruiters, HR Crews / teams and the broader business to surface opportunities and resolve challenges

Ensuring risks are identified and managed

Monitoring and reporting for sourcing activity

Develop the strategic sourcing capability of team members
-
Contribute to the investment in Strategic Sourcing and Talent Communities as future ways of working for Talent Acquisition
