Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Scout to support our corporate function hiring, this role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent, ensuring we have the right individuals to meet our business objectives in these key regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline, focusing on diverse and inclusive sourcing practices tailored to each hiring requirement.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and positions specific details
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitment to requirements
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies that resonate with talent availability for different roles.
  • Stay informed on workforce market trends and competitive practices
  • Facilitate effective communication between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide insights to enhance the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. With 8+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on Finance, HR and Legal hiring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
