We're currently hiring for exceptional Talent Researchers/Sourcers who are experienced with Executive Search in the technology industry.
You will be working on complex, critical executive searches for our clients, as well as extending the Sxaler network of Fractional Executives.
Requirements

Experience in fast paced, demanding executive recruiting environments, either onsite/internally for modern technology businesses or as part of a search firm

Familiar with an array of executive leadership roles

Comfortable both passively sourcing, approaching and screening discerning candidates

Broad passion for the technology industry, and up to date on current affairs in the industry

Exceptional, compelling communication skills (especially written) and emotional intelligence
