Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled Talent Partner to join our international Human Resources team.

Your Daily Tasks will Entail:

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation requirements throughout all HR-related activities and processes.

• Providing assistance and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR processes, policies, and inquiries.

• Managing the onboarding process and conducting HR introductions.

• Collaborating closely with people leaders to facilitate effective performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Providing support in addressing performance issues and implementing improvement strategies.

• Assisting in planning and organizing engagement activities and company events.

• Proactively addressing employee relations matters, such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Overseeing the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews to understand reasons for departure and using insights to improve employee retention and workplace culture.

• Promoting and reinforcing the company's values, culture, and employer brand. Acting as a cultural ambassador and driving initiatives that foster inclusivity, diversity, and employee well-being.

Your Qualifications:

• Previous experience in employment management, conflict resolution, performance management, and promoting company culture.

• Expertise-level knowledge and understanding of Labor Law, with practical experience in applying employment legislation.

• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Latvian.

• Monthly salary EUR 2,500,00–3,200,00 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
