A Snapshot

As a Talent Partner, you will report to the Senior Manager, Talent and work closely with the People & Culture team and business, making your mark in a number of ways:

  • You will attract, recruit and onboard the best talent to continue to drive AirTrunk’s success along with being able to multitask and taking on additional people and culture initiatives
  • You will drive the end to end recruitment process identifying top talent along with supporting hiring managers to assist in making effective hires across in Australia and other counties across APAC.

Your Day to Day

  • Manage the recruitment process end to end to ensure every potential candidate has the best possible experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle
  • Coordinate the interview process, ensure candidates are adequately prepared and consistently informed throughout, whilst assisting hiring managers with interview strategies and provide a consultative approach
  • Establish and manage recruitment agency relationships in each market when necessary
  • Manage our job descriptions and ensure they up to date and consistent across the business
  • Responsible for all external advertising of positions on all platforms internally and externally and also ensuring they meet local market testing requirements in all markets to assist with immigration and visa applications as needed
  • Implement strategies to manage a diverse pipeline of talent across each division and region
  • Ability to source candidates directly via Linked In, data bases and referrals
  • Develop solid relationships with hiring teams and use their networks to generate strong pools of candidates
  • Drive people and culture projects and/or initiatives as required
  • Regular reporting as required to assist in making data driven decisions for the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years in an end to end recruitment role, ideally from a similar industry (construction, infrastructure or mission critical environments preferred)
  • Previous experience in an Internal recruitment role preferred
  • High level stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internal and external
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to adapt & thrive within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills.
