The Talent Management specialist is integral to delivering our vision of Braskem as a human-oriented and inclusive company. Our team members come to work each day engaged to deliver great results while developing themselves, for we know that our team members move us forward. 

This role serves as Braskem's strategist for leadership development. This person brings new practices and programs to Braskem that foster a culture of high performance and continuous development while accelerating a climate of inclusiveness, driving alignment between DEI initiatives, culture initiatives, and leadership development initiatives. This role's main focuses are Succession Planning, Talent Review, Mentoring, and Coaching Leadership development programs. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies that foster and consolidate the company's culture, building initiatives that help translate corporate values into everyday behavior  
  • Design, plan, and implement local Leadership Development Programs in alignment with the company's Corporate Leadership Development guidelines. 
  • Drive the company's Talent and Succession Planning discussion in the region in alignment with the corporate processes and guidelines. 
  • Design and manage development programs such as Coaching and Mentoring in alignment with the company's global talent management strategy, defining the process and procedures for the region 
  • Support Leaders and People and Organization professionals with tools and training on Individual development
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual meetings related to Leadership Development and mentoring in a manner that effectively develops and influences all team members.
  • Work in partnership with the DEI area to incorporate DEI elements into people practices, ensuring inclusive procedures and processes. 
  • Remain current on Talent Management through external networks and organizations. 

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in Talent Management/Development 
  • Ten years of HR work-related experiences 
  • Experience with the design and management of employee and leadership development 
  • B.S. in Human Resources or Business
