We are looking for a Talent Attraction Manager to lead and optimize our global recruitment strategy at EBANX. In this role, you will drive hiring efforts across multiple regions and business functions, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in a fast-paced, international environment. As a key leader in the Talent Attraction team, you will develop recruitment strategies, partner with senior leaders, enhance the candidate experience, and continuously improve processes to scale with our growth.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Global Talent Attraction Strategy: Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies across diverse teams and geographies, ensuring hiring needs align with business objectives.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Manage, mentor, and develop the Talent Attraction team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
  • Process Optimization & Technology: Drive continuous improvement in hiring workflows, leveraging Greenhouse to enhance efficiency, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder & Executive Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HRBPs, and hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Champion an engaging and inclusive candidate journey while strengthening EBANX’s employer brand globally.
  • Market Intelligence & Global Hiring Expertise: Stay ahead of talent market trends, international recruitment best practices, and compensation benchmarks to attract top talent worldwide.

Main requirements for this position:

  • Strong experience in global talent attraction, managing recruitment across multiple regions and business units.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to coach and develop a recruitment team.
  • Expertise in Greenhouse as an ATS, with a data-driven approach to recruitment process optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring initiatives in a fast-scaling environment, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Strategic mindset, with experience advising senior stakeholders on talent attraction best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to influence and build strong partnerships.
  • Process-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for optimizing recruitment workflows and delivering top-tier talent.
