Key responsibilities
•Workforce staffing/recruiting including employer branding; talent sourcing; job advertising and posting; applicant evaluation and screening; interviewing and assessing; offer and contract generation; and executive search.
•Responsible for improving candidate experience and creating onboarding impressions on new hires.
•Collaborate with leaders on their manpower requirements and analyses the need against the overall strategies and structure of the business, designs employer branding strategies and programs for targeted talent niche and builds relationships with external parties and sponsors job campaigns to develop a steady pool of talent and establishes talent market expertise including a comprehensive view of the industry trends and competitors. Provide expertise in terms of talent landscape, labor insights and talent conversions.
•Create and promotes invaluable experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
•Progression within this stream reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities.
•A colleague at this level has in-depth knowledge and experience in a functional area.
•The colleague routinely applies subject matter knowledge to solve common business issues operating within practices and procedures covered by precedents or well-defined policies.
•A colleague at this level handles most situations independently, receives minimal guidance, but will seek advice, guidance and support on more complex or non-routine topics.

Who we are looking for
•Extensive experience in recruitment in logistics, manufacturing and retail industry
•Understanding in the local market is a must
•Preferably with a network in logistics industry
•Multiple recruitment projects experience, including management trainees, internship program (local students and foreign students)
•Workday or any related people management software experience is a must.
•Must have a recruitment network with the labor agency
•Independent and able to make decision
•Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
•People management skill, problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level with good analytical skills
•Numeracy and computer literacy skills in Excel, Words etc.
