Job Description

  • Collaborate strategically with hiring managers to identify critical staffing requirements
  • Establish comprehensive selection criteria aligned with organizational goals
  • Implement advanced sourcing strategies through online channels, including social platforms, databases, and professional networks
  • Develop and execute rigorous interview and selection procedures, encompassing screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to thoroughly evaluate candidate information, including resumes and contact details
  • Craft precise job descriptions and formulate targeted interview questions that accurately reflect each position's requirements
  • Orchestrate and actively participate in job fairs and recruitment events to enhance organizational visibility
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term professional relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports on the hiring process, ensuring regular dissemination to Hiring Managers

Qualifications

MBA in Human Resources or Professional Human Resources certification

Skills Required

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional databases
  • Preferable experience in hiring for Analytics positions
  • Hands-on experience with full recruitment cycle using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (Experience with Bulk hiring)
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
