SHORT SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
tms's EU Talent Acquisition team aim to be fast, fair, equitable and commercially-driven with this role playing a key part within that. The TA Specialist will be responsible for supporting strategic talent and recruitment processes that enable the attraction, selection, and acquisition of diverse talent across the tms business . This role will support the delivery of business-critical talent across all business functions primarily in the EU region, providing ad-hoc support to other regional TA teams where necessary. They will be visibly and vocally present in the external talent marketplace, actively seeking out new partnerships, networks, and connections to continually market tms as an employer of choice to top diverse talent.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO tms
Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Europe tms business vacancies, from job description creation right through to offer - including managing your own admin requirements effectively.
  • Responsible for updating the ATS and managing all candidate communications, interview scheduling etc.
  • Assist the EU TA Manager and wider global TA function on project work that supports the TA strategy, whilst applying regional local market knowledge.
  • Provide an inclusive experience for both candidates and internal hiring managers to ensure we are engaging and hiring from diverse talent pools and proactively engage talent through non-traditional talent pipelines.
  • Support the EU TA Manager with the Marketing Teams to help deliver a TA/Marketing strategy across our recruitment and social media platforms.
  • Attend relevant industry, talent acquisition focused and diversity and inclusion events, acting as an ambassador for our brand, networking with talent and external peers to build our reputation and grow your own knowledge and perspective, sharing learnings and recommendations back to the business.
  • Support process improvement work that delivers efficient hiring processes and outstanding candidate experiences.
  • Partner with internal partners such as People Partners, DE&I Manager and leaders to ensure connectivity between business and TA strategy.
  • Maintain all trackers and support with the creation of any vital reports as requested.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Demonstratable experience delivering against high volume recruitment needs.
  • Experience managing an end-to-end recruitment process from job description creation to offer - including managing own admin requirements effectively.
  • Natural customer service mentality, always providing an incredible candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Proactive approach to managing expectations of peers, hiring managers, senior leaders, external partners and candidates.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills; an ability to prioritise and create appropriate plans to ensure delivery against deadlines.
  • Resourceful, seeks out new information independently and willingness to learn.
  • Aptitude to connect with networks in external marketplace that are appropriate to roles in marketing and packaging
  • Integrity when handling confidential data.
