The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with HR in handling and supporting various recruiting activities within the geographic area. Carries out responsibilities in the following functions: sourcing, screening, hiring, training, recruitment activities and branding.

Talent Acquisition - Conducts recruitment efforts for exempt roles at the corporate and plant level; interviews candidates for employment; writes and advertises job openings through our ICIMs recruiting tool; Assists with key hiring projects in their region.
Building Relationships & Talent Pipelines: Working with Military, Work Re-entry, Colleges, and other sources to develop pipelines.
Project Owners: Responsible for developing, evaluating, leading and continuously improving talent attraction and retention programs including: employee referral, candidate experience, diversity hiring, and internal mobility.
Continuous Training & Educating: - Coordinates and provides assistance to HR Specialists, Area HR Managers and Hiring Managers in regards to recruitment tools, interviewing and hiring process.

Qualifications:

Required:
Ten plus years related experience; M & A, Strategy.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience in a customer-facing role, such as consulting, sales, and/or customer service
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project/program management
Experience in post-merger integration helpful, but not required
Intense curiosity about customers’ needs and how to solve them in a creative and collaborative manner

Demonstrated ability to inspire followership through engagement and alignment around a common vision.
