Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent who embody our company’s values. You will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to offering them roles at Legacybox. Your work will directly impact the company’s success by helping us build a strong workforce.

  • Be Above Reproach
    • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Manage the recruitment process for a variety of roles, from entry-level to leadership positions, ensuring that candidates meet both job requirements and company culture fit.
    • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, from first contact through the hiring process, ensuring transparency and a high level of professionalism.
  • Build Relationships
    • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and company culture to tailor recruitment strategies.
    • Communication: Keep hiring managers informed on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and challenges. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to provide regular updates to HR and leadership regarding recruitment status and key metrics
  • Always Be Improving
    • Sourcing & Networking: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.) to build a pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
    • Continuous Improvement: Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate feedback, and use this data to improve processes.
  • Keep It Simple
    • Job Postings & Branding: Write clear, compelling job descriptions that reflect the roles and responsibilities while highlighting Legacybox’s unique culture and values.
    • Seamless Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, helping them integrate into the company quickly and effectively.
  • Deliver Impactful Experiences
    • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural alignment.
    • Offer & Negotiation: Manage offer processes, including salary negotiations, and ensuring all offer letters are compliant with company policies.
  • Ship Quickly and Often
    • Recruitment: Recruit and maintain headcount goals set by leadership by monitoring attrition and hiring trends both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably with exposure to both salaried and hourly workforce roles. Experience in recruiting for mid-size companies (100-500) employees) is highly desired.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers. Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. 
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment best practices, and employment laws.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple recruitment needs. Demonstrated ability to evaluate candidates effectively while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extra Credit: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP and JazzHR
  • Bonus: Experience in recruiting for e-commerce, tech, production, and customer support roles.
