We want people who are unafraid to be wrong and support decisions with numbers and narrative. Here’s a quick overview of what you will be doing:

Some of the responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Assist in onboarding process

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources, preferably in a startup or rapidly growing organization
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Experience with HR software, is a plus
