We are looking for a XXXXX to join our team. As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will be responsible for production planning and inventory control for multiple products while prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. This individual will take a lead role in continuous improvement, product flow and capacity improvement to improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing while service level targets.
SUMMARY: Responsible for partnering with HRBP’s and hiring managers to determine and help meeting staffing needs. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.Define, monitor and deliver reports of recruitment and selection metrics. Leads or executes improvement projects for the area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES include the following.Other duties may be assigned.Carries out the processes for recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding of both permanent and temporary positions, including administrative, technical and operative roles.Creatively finds and/or generates recruitment sources that allow obtaining the necessary personnelfor the organization.Provide coaching and guidance to lower level talent acquisition team members.Define, carry out and record selection tools to evaluate key KSAs for positions.Select the appropriate personnel to cover vacancies through internal or external recruitment, facilitating the availability of people with the required profile to meet the objectives of the areas and the organization.Manage the recruitment of company practitioners.Maintain internship and internship programs with public and private, technical and / or technological education institutions to meet personnel needs for defined periods that meet the skills and knowledge required by the position.Maintain updated the database of candidates who meet the necessary requirements, to ensure that vacancies are filled in the shortest possible time and with personnel according to the needs of the position, department and the company. Coordinate the onboarding activity for the employees who join the organization, through a team of facilitators made up of representatives from different areas. Monitors metrics and ensures the quality of the induction process. Proposes, and implements improvements when required. Attends internal clients, including HRBP’s, managers and supervisor, providing them with the information they need to meet their needs in a satisfactory manner. Defines, administers and applies standard forms to communicate with candidates, internal and external, and makes sure they are guided and have a positive experience across the entire process (recruitment, selection and onboarding). Define, monitor and deliver reports of recruitment and selection metrics to recruiting leadership. Reviews resumes and conducts initial phone screening to access candidates'' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology or related, with 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and selection processes, sourcing administrative and technical candidates, and clerical procedures. Candidate must have Microsoft Office skills. Proficiency in English is required.
