ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Actively participate in firm recruiting events and activities at assigned universities
  • Create and execute comprehensive sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies relative to current and anticipated hiring needs by fully leveraging recruitment technologies and other candidate sources (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, social networking sites, campus recruiting events, etc.)
  • Proactively seek innovative strategies to identify and attract candidates
  • Relentlessly builds and nurtures candidate pipeline
  • Use social media and other digital attraction tools such as Handshake, LinkedIn and WayUp to engage with prospective candidates and build the RSM brand
  • Collaborate with the El Salvador social media content team to help pitch and approve recruitment content to post in the El Salvador social media sites
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the campus recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, and closing prospective talent
  • Ensures the highest level of candidate care and communication with prospective candidates
  • Track and evaluate campus recruiting results in alignment with individual recruiter metrics
  • Build and maintain deep internal client relationships with key stakeholders
  • Continually educate key leaders and other internal stakeholders on campus recruitment strategies and market intelligence
  • Partner with TA, HR & Line of Business Leadership to determine hiring needs and prioritization
  • Act as a true SME with industry and workforce trends and translate them to proactive recruiting strategies
  • Assist in the facilitation of Trainee, Intern, and entry-level candidate onboarding process with other Talent resources to ensure a high-level of candidate care and nurturing occurs from point of acceptance to commencement of employment
  • Support the El Salvador Center of Excellence (CoE) Program focused on alliances with academic institutions, RSM Community Connect events, Trainee Program, and Internship Experience alongside the El Salvador Operations Leader and other business leaders
  • Maintain operational excellence with recruiter technology tools and processes to scale the candidate pipeline
  • Support in driving the firm’s Culture of Inclusion strategy

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent through experience

EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years of campus recruiting experience, ideally in a professional services/consulting environment
  • Wide knowledge of the Salvadoran talent market focused on campus recruitment
  • Experience with recruitment technologies and programs with an understanding of the recruiting lifecycle in campus recruiting
  • Experience in contingency search
  • Recruitment for professionals with a wide variety of skillsets within the technology consulting space, such as professionals within CRM, ERP, software development, customer support, networking, cybersecurity, accounting experience, etc.
  • Professional services experience/consulting experience preferred
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities are required with extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as travel within the country will be required for campus recruitment
