About the team + role

The Talent Acquisition Operations team drives efficiency, process optimization, and candidate experience across the recruiting lifecycle. We oversee TA technology, end-to-end recruiting processes, interview coordination, early talent programs, recruiting events, and training to ensure seamless hiring experiences.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Program Manager to provide best-in-class executive-level candidate experience, manage critical business operations, and drive TA programs and cross-functional initiatives. This role requires strong attention to detail, urgency, confidentiality, and partnership with key stakeholders to elevate the recruiting function.

What you’ll do

  • Lead high-touch executive candidate recruiting support, ensuring a seamless and white-glove candidate experience while managing complex scheduling with urgency and confidentiality
  • Own and drive TA operations, leading department meetings, reinforcing best practices, and maintaining compliance through weekly audits
  • Enhance recruiting events and experiences, overseeing logistics, branding, and onsite execution to create a standout employer presence
  • Oversee the TA Hub and Support Channel, ensuring a centralized, up-to-date resource for all recruiting processes while providing hands-on support to the team
  • Drive cross-functional TA initiatives, optimizing workflows, improving efficiencies, and spearheading high-impact projects to elevate the recruiting function

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or program management, with a focus on high-touch coordination and process optimization
  • Ability to handle executive-level scheduling, work with EAs, and navigate confidential, time-sensitive requests
  • You should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in anticipating needs and solving problems
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally at various levels
  • A process-driven mentality, with experience managing knowledge bases, implementing best practices, and running audits
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Experience using ServiceNow and Greenhouse

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
