As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce at ITG, specifically within commercial, sales, finance and client services roles across our Storyteq and Deployteq SaaS solutions. Based out of Storyteq’s Amsterdam offices, the role will require you to work on a hybrid basis with frequent travel to our Deployteq office situated on the outskirts of Utrecht.

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager you will join the Services team comprising of 3 Recruiters and will be part of the wider group TA function.

This position requires someone who is focused on delivering on live, open positions within the group.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring needs of the business, focusing on sales, commercial, finance, and client services roles.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment CRM and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a first-class candidate experience throughout.
  • Manage offer negotiation and closing processes, maintaining a high level of communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Build key relationships with local schools and colleges to generate a pipeline of candidates for entry level positions across Storyteq and Deployteq
  • Travel to our Amsterdam and Utrecht offices regularly to meet with teams, attend events, and engage with candidates.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline, ensuring we attract and retain high-quality candidates.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English & Dutch language.
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically delivering on roles in sales, commercial, finance, client services or similar areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with people at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (experience with ‘Workable’ is a bonus).
  • A proactive and strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work on a hybrid basis in Storyteq’s Amsterdam HQ, with regular travel to our Deployteq offices in the outskirts of Utrecht.
