As a Talent Acquisition Partner at AoPS, you’ll play a key role in growing our team at our San Diego Headquarters by leading full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles across the company. From sourcing and evaluating top candidates to collaborating with hiring managers on strategy and decision-making, you’ll help shape the teams that power AoPS.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for full-time positions, from kick-off to offer
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through smart sourcing strategies, including paid channels and direct outreach
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, co-creating interview plans and offering strategic guidance rooted in recruiting best practices
  • Extend and negotiate offers, using data and sound judgment to guide compensation and close strategies
  • Analyze hiring trends and recruitment data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Partner with the broader Talent Acquisition team to refine systems, tools, and processes as we grow
  • Stay up-to-date on recruiting trends and compliance requirements, ensuring best practices are followed company-wide

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2 - 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a scaling environment
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across a variety of roles
  • Deep understanding of recruiting tools and systems - experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse strongly preferred; Gem is a huge plus
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for using data to optimize outcomes
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills - you know how to build trust and drive alignment across teams
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities with resilience and focus
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for TA
