Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire recruitment process. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent on a global scale while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
What would I work on specifically?
Key Duties & Responsibilities
● Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from engaging and attracting candidates to managing the offer process.
● Conduct effective searches related to current open requisitions and conduct preliminary screenings for positions.
● Proactive sourcing and using innovative channels to identify and engage with candidates across multiple regions (Mexico, ANZ).
● Engage and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
● Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and use of sourcing tools.
● Collaborate with global TA teams to enhance recruitment best practices.
● Be involved in some People's Projects.
Required Technical Skills/Experience
● Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
● +2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in the Software Development, Internet.
● Having experience working with global processes, as well as sourcing international candidates.
● Preferred experience in the IT industry, e-commerce, Internet, or similar.
● Hands-on recruitment experience: active search and knowledge on market job boards.
● Ability to execute on diverse and creative sourcing strategy, candidate management,and diversity sourcing plans.
● Demonstrated experience making a meaningful impact on the overall candidate experience.
● Excellent English and Spanish in both written and verbal communication.
