Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders, Hiring Managers and Recruiting Ops Lead
- Conduct intake meetings with relevant stakeholders, understand business needs and create recruitment strategy.
- Manage the assigned roles at any given time, take complete ownership and accountability of the roles & be responsible for the closure
- Drive efficiencies and effectiveness in Talent Acquisition processes
- Responsible for outbound and proactive sourcing through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
- Effectively manage priorities of open requisitions
- Develop and maintain relationship with HMs and Business Leaders
- Support medium size projects which might be related to Talent Pool Creation
- Screen and interview candidates and pass candidates to Talent Experience partners for next rounds
- Collaborate with Talent Experience partners to ensure candidates move smoothly throughout the hiring process
- Represent Fusemachines at all times to external candidates & at external events
- Participate in projects, identify gaps and bring in process efficiencies
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate and finalize offer
Required skills/Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills
- Handle sensitive and confidential information

- Has a strong sense of urgency and is data-driven
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent proficiency with tools, systems and processes
- 2-3 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition
