Position Summary
We’re looking for a passionate and energized talent acquisition to join our leading HR team, to help us find & attract the best talents to join our rapidly growing team. The talent Acquisition will play a key role in recruiting talented candidates and be an integral part of creating a good candidate experience while preserving the company's DNA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, pre-screen candidates, conducting phone interviews and reference check
- Creatively find and recruit amazing candidates using common sourcing tools
- Maintain a strong pipeline of talent
- Work closely with hiring managers
- Leverage our Applicant Tracking System to ensure effective and efficient recruiting processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Recruiting experience
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines
- Expert at managing multiple tasks, deadlines and projects
- Team player, creative thinker
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Hebrew)
