Our Team:

The Talent Acquisition team globally is responsible for all external and internal hiring (~20K Hires in FY23) into Sanofi.

This role in the Talent COE reports directly into the Talent Acquisition Head Europe Key Markets, and is part of the TA Europe Community, a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering exceptional candidate experience, partnering closely with business leaders to understand their evolving talent needs, and shaping strategic talent acquisition initiatives to support the company´s transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

As a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global talent acquisition strategy for Iberia. You will oversee all TA activities, manage relationships with RPO and Hub teams, and drive innovation to deliver exceptional results aligned to our North Star Talent Strategy.

  • Strategic Leadership: Tailor and implement a comprehensive TA strategy aligned with business objectives, and in partnership with Talent Management focusing on talent acquisition excellence, employer branding, internal mobility, early career, and candidate experience.
  • RPO and Hub Management: Oversee the performance of RPO and Hub teams, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and global processes, and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Senior Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for critical senior-level roles, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, acting as a TA consulting partner to the business.
  • Talent Insights and Proactive Sourcing: Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic and data-driven decision-making. Proactively develop a pipeline of passive Talent to address critical talent gaps.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with EB teams to develop and execute effective employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Innovation and Technology: Drive the implementation and adoption of innovative TA global technologies and platforms to enhance efficiency and improve the HM and candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with Talent management, Hiring Managers, People business partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, anticipation, and internal mobility.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience in recruiting and a TA leadership role, with a deep understanding of Iberia talent market.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and teams.
  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to bring insights from the external market and leverage analytics to informed decision-making.

About You

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for talent acquisition. You are a collaborative leader who can navigate complexity and inspire teams across different organizations. You are a skilled communicator who can build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience: significant experience in end-to-end TA, with strong focus on recruitment projects, process excellence and strategic partnership.
  • Soft skills: Stakeholder Management, Communication, project management, strategic thinking.  
  • Technical skills: Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise, Candidate Assessment & Selection, Sourcing & Talent Pipelining, data analysis, RPO/Hubs Management.
  • Education: Degree in HR, Business or Psychology.
  • Languages: English and local language is required.
