Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our talent acquisition strategy, attracting top talent across all business functions, and building a high-performing recruitment team. You will be a key partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Lead the sourcing and recruiting process, utilizing a variety of channels and techniques to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Oversee and mentor a recruitment team, providing coaching and ensuring successful execution of recruitment initiatives.
  • Leading the prioritization of critical and time sensitive searches.
  • Develop and implement a strong employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and recruiting technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within a corporate environment with a track record of successful, hands-on sourcing experience.
  • 4+ years of experience leading and managing a recruitment team.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with KPI tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business or a related field.
