TOMRA is embarking on an ambitious growth journey with a goal to double our size within the next five years. To achieve this, we need to recruit a significant number of talented and driven individuals. We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us reach this goal. 

Our current Talent Acquisition Manager is advancing to new opportunities within our company, and we are searching for a worthy successor. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, encompassing both operational and strategic responsibilities. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, fair, and unbiased recruitment process, while also ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will lead a small recruitment team, ensuring our hiring processes are professional, efficient, and aligned with our organizational objectives. 

The position is based at our global HQ in Asker, Norway. This role reports to the P&O Manager in Asker and is a part of the P&O team in TOMRA Collection.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide professional oversight for Talent Acquisition (TA) and recruitment processes, including methodology, ATS, suppliers, and statistics. 

  • Act as an advisor and sparring partner for hiring managers, informing and training them on relevant aspects of the recruitment process. 
  • Oversee workstreams and daily recruitment operations, managing your own recruitment processes from start to finish. This includes advertising positions across various channels, proactively reaching out to potential candidates, conducting interviews, interpreting personality tests (AoN), and performing reference and background checks. 
  • Maintain close communication with management to understand the company's competency needs and ensure the hiring process reflects these requirements. 
  • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure our recruitment processes are fair and inclusive. 
  • Contribute to various employer branding projects. 

Qualifications

Who are you?

  • You possess a higher relevant education. 
  • You have several years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. 
  • You have previous experience in leading teams or individuals. 
  • Extensive experience in conducting interviews and reviewing the results of ability and personnel assessments. Certification in Aon is considered an advantage.

Effective communication is key, so you should be able to convey information clearly and precisely in both English and Norwegian. Collaboration is also vital, we look for someone who work well with others, sharing knowledge, experience, and information, and supporting team goals.
