About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our recruitment efforts in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, with a proven track record in fintech, startups, or venture environments. This role involves shaping our talent acquisition strategy, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring that our recruitment processes align with business objectives.

As part of a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, the Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent to support the growth of our ventures in the Kingdom. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive recruitment initiatives in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for internal teams and portfolio companies.
  • Strategic Talent Planning: Partner with leadership to define talent needs, sculpt profiles, and ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Market Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian talent market to attract and retain the best candidates, ensuring cultural fit and market relevance.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate journey, making every effort to enhance engagement and provide a positive hiring experience.
  • Talent Network Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and innovative attraction methods.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize structured and unstructured data to drive recruitment decisions, analyze performance, and continuously improve processes.
  • Brand Promotion: Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract and engage top talent, highlighting company culture, values, and growth opportunities.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed on labor laws, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers across ventures to meet hiring goals and provide recruitment insights.
  • External Partnerships: Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and service providers to support talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Onboarding and Retention: Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and enhancing employee retention.

About you:

  • You are a Saudi National based in Saudi Arabia with significant senior-level experience in the financial services sector (Banking, Fintech, Lending) 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, ideally in fintech, startups, or venture capital environments.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and talent landscape, with a strong network in the region.
  • Language: Fluent Arabic speaker is essential.
  • Educational Background: Degree in business administration, human resources, or related fields.
  • Proven Skills:
  • Cultural Fit: Experience working in diverse, fast-paced environments, with a passion for venture building and entrepreneurship.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Regional Experience: Prior recruitment experience in GCC, with a focus on KSA,
