The opportunity:

  • Lead and develop a small team of TA partners to ensure they perform to the requirements of their role

  • Ensure the delivery of Talent Acquisition services & metrics to meet hiring strategy and develop the company's employer brand via social media and other relevant platforms

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process for all managerial openings and critical hirings & provide regular recruitment updates & tracking reports to stakeholders

  • Design and review sourcing strategies to efficiently attract suitable talents with TA partners

  • Partner with HRBP and C&B teams to propose competitive, market-aligned offers following HR policies and procedures

  • Build and maintain hiring manager & candidate relationships & satisfaction of hiring and the candidate recruitment experience for the whole hiring life cycle

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience of managerial positions; recruiting in supply chain and logistics industry is a plus

  • Experience of working on manager level / senior roles are preferred but not essential

  • Experience of managing stakeholder relationships, with strong influencing and persuasion skills

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods

  • Expertise in various direct candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)

  • Passion for complex recruiting problem-solving and stakeholder coaching
