Leidos is seeking a part-time intern to support the Dig Mod Sector Talent Acquisition team with various staffing activities. This position will provide the intern an opportunity to gain experience in a corporate environment, and learn about recruitment systems, and the full lifecycle of recruiting as well as branding Leidos to experienced professionals & college candidates. The intern will receive hands-on training and professional development in Talent Acquisition
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Participate in Talent Acquisition team meetings, workshops/presentations, networking & professional development events.
· Assist with scheduling interviews, sending invites to HMs and candidates, ensure Teams start on time and folks can join without issue
· Coordinate logistics, and support recruitment outreach initiatives.
· Provide input to our marketing and advertising initiatives to enhance our brand and presence within targeted social media outlets.
· Engage in process improvement sessions related to Talent Acquisition tools and resources.
· Support teams and individual projects related to Talent Acquisition.
Assist with file management and maintenance as well as any special projects as assigned.
Update recruitment systems and troubleshoot issues as directed.
· Coordinate touch point outreach, i.e. sending Leidos communication, as TA Reps to let target candidates know we are working to find them opportunities & also keeping them interested in Leidos, and aware we are hiring.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
•Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
•Customer service oriented and demonstrated the ability to collaborate with others on projects and assignments to achieve optimal results.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs and comfortable with a variety of technologies, systems, and processes.
•Must be flexible, proactive, organized, manage workflow, and have prompt follow-up.
•Must possess strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication with attention to detail.
•Must be able to multitask, shift priorities, bring tasks to completion with minimal supervision, and meet varying deadlines.
•Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently or in a team.
•Ability to research and analyze information using the internet and reference materials.
•Creativity in problem-solving and being able to offer alternative solutions.
•U.S. Citizenship is required.

Pay Range:Pay Range $34,450.00 - $62,275.00
