Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support a high-volume recruitment process while offering excellent customer service to candidates. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in candidates, assist in the candidate selection process, and provide support to recruiters. This is an onsite position that requires excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet candidates visiting for interviews or inquiries, providing them with the necessary information about available positions.
  • Assist recruiters by reviewing and organizing candidate files.
  • Manage and organize approximately 150 candidate files per month.
  • Assist with background checks, ensuring all required verifications are completed on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and ensure data is entered correctly into relevant systems.
  • Provide a great and positive experience to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss hiring updates with the team.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education and Experience

  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent soft skills.
  • A team player with positive and outgoing personality.
  • English Level: B2 (Upper Intermediate) or higher, with the ability to engage in fluent conversations.
