A day in the life:
- As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your primary mission is to support our hiring efforts for diverse talent with agility and speed. You’ll collaborate with Talent, Onboarding, and HR teams to assist highly engaged hiring managers in staffing their teams to meet business goals. On a daily basis, you'll work closely with the TA team and hiring managers across the company, primarily focusing on scheduling interviews, opening and closing job posts, and helping to streamline operations
- You'll be responsible for organizing our ATS system (Greenhouse) and ensuring candidates move through the hiring process promptly. Additionally, you’ll assist with sourcing and finding creative ways to attract top talent across the globe.Your role is crucial in shaping our growth as an agency. Responsibilities:
- Support positive candidate experience, and guide candidates through the pipeline with speed and accuracy
- Correspond with candidates moving through the interview process by scheduling/rescheduling 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and final interviews for candidates with hiring managers and executive team based on calendar availability
- Collect detailed interview feedback and conduct follow ups with hiring managers as needed
- General project management including tracking interview schedules, feedback and results
- Manage the Power Digital’s employee referral process
- Actively participate and identify opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Leverage AI capabilities to streamline processes and achieve tangible, goal-oriented outcomes
- Provide ad hoc support and reporting as requested by Recruiter, HR, VPs and the Executive Team

- KPI #1 - Ability to accurately schedule 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and final interviews taking place company wide within 24 hours of feedback from recruiter/ hiring manager
- KPI #2 - Collect 95% of hiring manager feedback within 24 hours of previous interview
- KPI #3 - Accurately publish and maintain job descriptions within Greenhouse on a daily and weekly basis
