We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. This role will support the talent acquisition team in managing recruiting logistics, scheduling interviews, sourcing for passive candidates, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and assisting with other administrative tasks to ensure a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for recruiting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for technical roles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Use hiring metrics to develop and execute on new and more efficient sourcing solutions
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, both in-person and virtual
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience by providing timely responses and accurate information
- Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure records are up to date
- Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives, such as career fairs, social media posts, and sourcing efforts.
- Remain in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- Experience in in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service to internal stakeholders

Pay Range:
$24.00-$30.00/hour
However, base salary for this position will vary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
