Job Duties and Responsibilities
Our Talent Acquisition Associate supporting our Corporate hiring teams and will play a crucial role in creating a positive candidate experience. This ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of curiosity, pride, a desire for adventure, and a strong drive to achieve. If you are interested in corporate recruiting, this is a fantastic entry-level opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding; ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a supportive hiring process
- Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS)
- Take ownership of coordinating travel and processing travel reimbursements
- Use text engagement, phone calls, and emails to schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team; ensure all parties are informed, and prepared, and arrive on time for interviews
- Take an active role in each candidate's on-site experience, including facilitating interviews and serving as the point of contact for all candidate needs
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders
This position will split time onsite between our Downtown Denver and Meridian, CO locations.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years in HR operations, service delivery model, customer service, or employee service center
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude towards change, assuming positive intent, and seeing the greater purpose; proactively helps bring others along to expedite change
- Analytical thinking for making logical decisions and solving complex problems; capable of questioning assumptions and considering multiple perspectives
- Commitment to excellence with a passion for delivering results, continuous growth, and taking initiative

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $25.00/Hour - $29.61/Hour
