Responsibilities:
- Design and architect client-specific tagging and analytics solutions for digital experience optimization, multi-platform implementations, A/B testing, user behavior analytics, conversion tracking, key measurement, custom tracking solutions, report and dashboard
- Lead technical discovery workshops to develop measurement strategies while providing consultation during client pitches and new business development
- Develop comprehensive analytics & tagging implementation guidelines including data layer architecture, event taxonomy, custom dimensions, marketing technologies integration, and QA processes
- Partner with growth & business development teams for solutions implementation and lead technical scoping for client projects
- Establish technical standards across implementations to ensure consistency, scalability, and data quality
- Advise clients, ensure quality assurance, and drive innovation in measurement solutions
- Lead evaluation of new tracking technologies and capabilities for client analytics advancement
- Develop relationships with analytics technology partners and vendors for effective client solutions
- Create training programs to enhance team's technical capabilities and client's understanding of solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related technical field
- 3-5+ years experience in digital analytics & tag implementation
- Expert knowledge of cloud & CDP platforms (GCP, AWS, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium, Segment, Treasure Data), tag management systems (GTM, Tealium, Adobe Launch), analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics), testing tools (Optimize, Optimizely, VWO), marketing technology platforms, JavaScript and front-end technologies
- Experience in creating dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Google BigQuery, Firebase Analytics, Power BI or similar data visualization tools with understanding of SQL and basic data manipulation
- Strong experience in client consulting and requirement gathering, creating technical documentation, leading implementation projects, delivery processes, and multi-platform tracking solutions
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders with problem solving skills
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and advertising, user experience optimization, data governance & privacy regulations, web performance optimization, and marketing technology landscape
