For business development, we are now looking for Senior Account Manager (PR) with roles as below.
- Account Management
- Work as a dedicated and independent staff for ONE retainer client, to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate overall strategies and plans to achieve clients’ business objectives.
- Understand clients' businesses and identifies opportunities to grow our business with them.
- Play a major role in the research, planning, and development of comprehensive Communications Marketing campaigns.
- Serve as daily client contact and as client lead when appropriate.
- Oversee quality and operational performance of the account, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence.
- Strategy development & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with the corporation’s overall goals and brand objectives. Manage communication campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, and press.
- Demonstrate proficiency in writing skills to craft internal and client correspondence, communications plans, press materials, new business proposals, etc.
- Perform tactical proficiency in media relations, including creating and driving outreach plans, message development, management of events, growth of contact network and effective pitching and training of spokespersons on speeches and presentations.
- Support brand awareness efforts and ensure all communication aligns with the branding guidelines.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create cohesive messaging for campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Crisis Communication
- Prepare for and manage communication strategies during crisis situations, ensuring timely and effective responses to protect the brand’s reputation.
- Provide guidance to senior leadership on crisis communication tactics and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies through analytics and feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on communication activities, media coverage, and key metrics to assess performance and adjust as needed.
What You’ll Need
- At least 5 years of experience, additional experience in PR/ Communications.
- Background in technology/ telecom/ software/... industry or global environment with wide insight of international organization/ product operations/ management.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Understanding and deep knowledge of PR & influencer marketing campaigns, as well as project management.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level.
- Strong verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player who can work well with tight deadlines.
- Possesses a high degree of English competency.
