This role provides leadership and direction to a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors in order to deliver all recruitment needs (early career to hourly to professional experienced hiring and white collar contingent labor) within the geography, from requisition creation, sourcing strategy and talent pipelining through offer acceptance.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Partner with the Business and People Leads in the geography to understand business priorities and create, deliver and monitor appropriate plans and strategies to deliver talent need aligned with global Talent Acquisition Strategy and bring subject matter expertise and market insights to talent discussions leveraging data to drive improved talent decision making and outcomes
- Ensure that the global vision, brand and identity are tailored to the needs of their specific geography.
- Work closely with to ensure requirements are fed into the BU Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Provide strategic leadership and day to day management and coaching to a team of high performing Talent Acquisition Advisors ensuring resources are appropriate planned to respond to business needs.
- Ensure a best in class candidate experience and continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition process, through the identification of service issues and proactively proposing improvements and overseeing and supporting the implementation of changes
- Own compliance requirements for the geography/function, ensuring all legal requirements are met and managed, as well as the ongoing management of recruitment prioritization against changing business needs.

- Experience working in a complex matrix organization and prior CPG/FMCG Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Evidence of successfully leading high performing teams
- Ability to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership and management and to flex from strategic thinking to tactical and operational delivery
- Drive for results & customer service orientation
- Strong project and vendor management skills, ability to lead complex projects and pro-actively manage work and drive continuous improvement
- Proven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities
More about this role
This role provides leadership and direction to Frontline Talent Acquisition Sourcing Advisors responsible for pipeline for critical frontline roles and sourcing for active frontline roles in alignment with talent needs in Sales, CS&L or Manufacturing.
In addition to sourcing leadership, this role will lead the development and implementation of talent attraction strategies and solutions aimed at attracting top-notch, diverse frontline talent to Mondelēz.
What you need to know about this position:
- Drive the design and delivery of innovative TA sourcing strategies to identify and execute candidate generation strategies, proactively researching and assessing new sourcing methodologies to meet frontline talent needs
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team of sourcers who execute sourcing and pipelining tactics, pre-screening candidates for suitability.
- Develop and launch multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns to build robust frontline talent pipelines for current and future talent needs
- Develop metrics such as KPIs, ROI and SLAs to evaluate the productivity of sourcing strategies, monitor service delivery and technology effectiveness
- Collaborate and partner across the BU Sourcing Hub to further build alignment and capability of sourcing knowledge, technology and expertise
What extra ingredients you will bring:
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize ad hoc market intelligence data to provide insights for developing talent attraction strategies
- At least one year of leadership and people management experience required
- Must have strong communication, teamwork, influencing, and customer service skills
- Exceptional and effective partnership across broad audiences of internal and external partners, stakeholders, and customers
- Ability to drive strategy; work with data and analytics, and demonstrated capability in effective and creative recruiting strategies
- Solid business acumen, systems thinking and critical problem solving skills
- Project management with experience managing large-scale projects desired
- Data analysis with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Multi-tasking, problem solving and managing fluctuating workloads
- Proactive, engaged and with a strong initiative.
- Highly organized, with a keen sense for prioritizing tasks.
- A high sense of urgency and highly adaptable to changeable priorities.
- Strong ability to deal with ambiguity.
Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree required
Job specific requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience in TA with a strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology; experience developing and implementing comprehensive sourcing strategies to compete for top talent in a competitive environment
- Advanced sourcing skills; strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and practices; strong research, social media and candidate generation skills required
Work schedule: US SHIFT (7PM TO 8 PM IST ONWARDS) Work from office on fixed 3 days. WFH on fixed 2 days
