We are seeking a motivated IT security systems analyst with experience in IAM technologies, Ping Federate and SailPoint IdentityIQ to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development, integration, and maintenance of our identity and access management (IAM) solutions, supporting a secure and seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of identity management solutions using Ping Federate and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Configure and maintain federated single sign-on (SSO) and identity federation solutions using Ping Federate.
- Implement workflows, rules, connectors and configurations within SailPoint for user lifecycle management, provisioning, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with internal and external applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Ping Federate and SailPoint integrations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in identity and access management.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5+ Years of Experience
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Ping Federate and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth).
- Familiarity with Java(Beanshell a plus), XML, REST APIs, SCIM and SQL for customizing and troubleshooting IAM solutions.
- Familiarity with delivery methodologies and experience working within such frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic Experience of System Administration (Linux , Windows)
- Basic Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Develop technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts
Preferred:
- Experience working with Active Directory, LDAP, and other directory services.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Ping Identity certifications, SailPoint Certified Engineer).
