Leidos is seeking a Systems Architect for a technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s IdAM /ICAM Services, including Entitlements Management, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The System Architect will be the data governance process owner and provide the structure and guidance during assessments leading to the integration of new technologies with existing IT Services using a vendor agnostic platform approach. The candidate will collaborate with other customer groups and application service providers to develop optimized solutions. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on IT systems architecture experience, is process oriented, detail oriented, and seeks to grow their skills
- Document use case definitions and overarching guidance related to data management, data governance, and data policy
- Perform certification assessments for data repositories
- Perform certification assessments for IT services
- Data and component modeling of customized information technology solutions
- Analyze Systems management and integration functions
- Provide Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) that includes governance issues as well as software deployments.
- Analyze data processing needs and requirement
- Analyze user requirements, procedures; breaking them down into system interfaces and integration modules of work
- Review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations for best practices
- Recommend software products and other solutions to the customer.
- Incorporate enterprise services for authentication, access control, centralized auditing, monitoring, and security classification into mission applications
- Design and develop solutions to applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns
- Engineer strategies for new technologies and infrastructure processes
- Develop future technologies and architectural advancements
- Architecture Definition, Documentation and Planning
- Support Enterprise Integration activities
- Develop and review architectural documentation
- Perform requirements analysis, development, and management
- Execute Project management and occasionally present to executive level audience
- Demonstrated self-starter initiative with outcomes
Required Quals
- Typically requires MS degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- Understand the relationship between applications, operating systems, hardware and software
- Experience in total system design, including networks
- AWS experience
- Automation Tools experience, to include but not limited to, scripting, data ingest, data manipulation

Pay Range:Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
